When we mystery shopped some competitors we were shocked by some of the quotes sent out (we were also shocked that several didn’t even send a quote after speaking with us but that’s another story). 

Lots of companies simply don’t mention things like Trickle Vents, options surrounding security features and thresholds- perhaps it is just assumed what you do or don’t want/ need? 

We were quoted for a non-weather-rated threshold without any concern as to whether we understood the implications of this.  If the doors leak, I guess it’s not their problem?

We were also amazed that after sending these quotes over, we never heard anything else from them.  They were not concerned whether their quote had been received or understood.
